  • What do you do at Clearline Finishing?

    We polish and buff aluminum, stainless steel, steel and other metal products. Our robotic cells allow us to work with parts up to 240 pounds and produce consistent quality finishes. In addition to robotics, we have the ability to control every aspect of the surface finishing process. Our buffing rooms are computer controlled and will produce a consistent surface finish tailored to your requirements. Manual finishing by our in-house, highly skilled personnel is also available.

    What types of processes do you do at Clearline?

    We do deburring, belting, buffing and polishing. This can be done by hand, mechanically or robotically.

    Do you have an in-house tool and die department?

    Yes, we have an in-house tool and die department for all fixturing needs. Our tooling department allows us to make special tools and fixtures which enables us to pass along substantial tooling savings to our customers through the use of our own universal modular tooling system.
